Birch Lake
Located in the BWCA, Birch Lake is home to northern pike, walleye, smallmouth bass and several other species of fish. This lake runs between the U.S./Canadian border and gives you plenty of area to fish.
Newfound Lake
Located in the BWCA, Newfound Lake has some very pleasant surprises to it. This lake makes a nice base camp lake for fishing multiple different lakes on your trip. You can easily reach 3 to 4 lakes a day and have plenty of time for fishing.
Snowbank Lake
Located in the BWCA, Snowbank Lake gives you access to multiple corridors of other lakes. There are some very nice smallmouth bass, walleye, northern pike and lake trout in Snowbank. This lake is big and deep, but has a lot of coves to it. You can make your way to Disappointment Lake or Boot Lake from Snowbank, then you have so many options for your trip.
Boot Lake
Located in the BWCA, Boot Lake is full of surprises! Seen a pair of Northern Pike swimming together chasing a school of Perch around.
Disappointment Lake
Located in the BWCA, Disappointment Lake should be called heart break lake. I have had some very large fish on my hook in this lake and I have seen those very large fish swim away for another round! This is a very beautiful lake and it has some very good fishing to it.
Gibson Lake
Located in the BWCA.
Jordan Lake
Located in the BWCA, Jordan Lake is home to some very large northern pike and walleye. It takes a bit to get here, but it is worth every moment!
